While Primm Valley Resort, and Whiskey Pete's attract the most visitors, there is much more to do in Primm than its more than 100,000 square feet of gambling space.
When open, Buffalo Bill's Resort & Casino has the Desperado Roller Coaster, which is one of the tallest and fastest roller coasters in the world.
The Desperado roller coaster has a drop of 225 feet and reaches speeds up to 80 miles per hour. Buffalo Bill's also has the 6,500 seat "Star of the Desert Arena", which hosts major recording artists, rodeos, boxing, and other events.
The casinos have several excellent restaurants and visitors can catch a movie at the Carolee Theatre.
Primm is also home to the Prizm Outlets. This indoor outlet mall features more than one hundred retailers in air–conditioned comfort.

On the other side of Primm in Whiskey Pete’s, they have actual car famous outlaws Bonnie and Clyde were in when they were shot and killed.
Just south of the outlet mall is The Lotto Store at Primm. It’s on the south side of Lotto Store Road just feet over the border into California, where purchasing lottery tickets is legal, unlike in Nevada.
Primm has two golf courses at Primm Valley Golf, the Lakes course, and the Desert course. Designed by renowned golf course architect Tom Fazio, both courses are open year round and well kept, with excellent playing conditions.
The courses offer a variety of terrain, from lush greens, to gently rolling fairways, to desert landscape, and water features set against the backdrop of the mountains.
Primm has numerous activities for those wanting to get into the outdoors. In addition to golf, the adjacent Ivanpah Dry Lake Bed is a popular area for land sailing and kite buggying.
The desert terrain, which includes Joshua Trees, Yucca Trees and Creosote Scrub, and nearby mountains also afford good hiking opportunities.
